We will check your cover before you commit
This is the part worth knowing. What you get back depends on your own level of cover, how long you have held it, any waiting periods still running, and how much of your annual limit you have already used. Two people with the same fund can get back quite different amounts for the same treatment.
So for anything beyond a check-up, we give you an itemised written quote with the item numbers on it before you decide. You can take that to your fund — or we can check it with them for you — and know your actual out-of-pocket before anything begins.

Which health funds do you accept at Aesthetica Dental Studio? We are a recognised provider for the major Australian health funds, and we treat DVA Gold Card holders. We welcome members of Defence Health, Health Partners, HCF, CBHS, Police Health, Emergency Services Health, Doctors' Health Fund and Teachers Health, among others. If your fund is not listed, call us on 08 8102 0951.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront and claim it back? No. We claim on the spot, so you only pay the difference between our fee and what your fund pays. The exception is treatment covered by DVA, where there is nothing for you to pay at all.
